Being The Real You
Ok so you all know those girls you see in the hallway and think their so fake (right?). Well we shouldnt be so quick to judge them. You might not be fake,youthink, but you probaly are.Many of us are differnet people depending on where we are. So ypu wanna know how to change that? You can start by being stronger in your faith. Many people struggle with this, I am one of those people. But having a strong faith and relationship with God will keep you stronger. so you wont feel pressured to change when you are around certain people. Here are three very important things to remember. 1) We can have faith that if we pray and ask for it, the Lord WILL instruct us where to go and what to do 2) Memorize scripture! 3) We will encounter trouble and hard times but we are never alone and that scripture that we memorized will really come in handy in those rough times. Here are some great verses to memorise. Joshua 1:5 No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.
Psalm 32:7-8 7 You are my hiding place;
you will protect me from troubleand surround me with songs of deliverance. 8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.I am he, I am he who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
Isaiah 46:4 Even to your old age and gray hairs
John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
So next time you are with friends think to your self, ( Am i being the best influence i can be, am i the same person here as i am at chruch and at home). Remember with God we can do anything. So remember dont be so quick to judge those “fake” girls.
